Wedding Book Custom Laser Engraved Bourbon Barrel Head - 3 size options

This authentic barrel head has been sourced and repurposed into a work of art. This laser-engraved barrel head will add a unique touch to your wedding to use in place of the traditional guest book

This head will be made with your design, logo, monogram, etc. If you have an existing file for me to use, it will need to be sent to me in either svg or pdf form.

The heads are hand-picked, cleaned, and secured with a full cabinet-grade plywood backing to give each one a unique one-of-a-kind look. Wire hanger attached for easy hanging. 

NOTES: Do not unwrap from plastic wrap until the day of use to ensure no accidental stains occur. The wood is unsealed at this point so stains would set in. Use only fine-tip Sharpie brand markers for best results. You may use various colors but be aware that light colors (pink, yellow, etc) will not show up very well. Only the use of black ink is recommended for premium results. Once complete, it is recommended you seal the head with Zinsser Shellac (yellow can, white lid) which can be purchased at Lowe's or Wal-mart

Large - Approx. 21” round and 1.5” thick - from a 53 gallon barrel

Medium - Approx. 16” round and 1.5” thick - from a 25 gallon barrel

Small - Approx. 14.5” round and 1.5” thick - from a 15 gallon barrel

Due to the nature of the materials we work with, no two items will be exactly the same. Since no two trees are the same, there may be slight differences in color, grain, etc that are characteristic of the wood. Each design is made by hand in our workshop in Bardstown Kentucky.
